So, we have been SO busy that it’s hard to have the time to do real blog updates.  My iphone allows me to post pictures “real time” but I would love to have some time to really capture what is going on with us here at ASYV.  First of all, from my standpoint, being a participant/facilitator in the “Liquidnet/ASYV Leadership Conference” has been a great experience for me.  It’s not often that I get to see Steve ‘at work’ - and it’s great to actually be working with him, Jeff and Mary.  We have seen such progress with the directors.  They are beginning incorporating the language that we are using and doing little things, like making eye contact, when they speak to each other.  As a “trainer” it’s quite gratifying!  And now, we are off for our final day of training.   I’ll write more later!
